1. Classic Celery & Apple Salad

Thinly slice celery stalks and toss with sliced apples. Add lemon juice, olive oil, and toasted nuts. Serve chilled.

2. Celery Soup

Sauté chopped celery with onions in butter until soft. Add vegetable stock and simmer. Blend until smooth and finish with cream.

3. Sautéed Celery with Garlic

Slice celery diagonally. Stir-fry quickly in olive oil with garlic. Finish with sea salt and cracked pepper.

4. Celery Stir-Fry
