Our orchards are nurtured using responsible farming practices, with close crop monitoring and careful input management. Each harvest is timed thoughtfully and handled with minimal intervention to preserve the fruit’s natural character.

1. Chilled Hapus Mango Slices with Sea Salt

Peel and slice chilled Hapus mango into thick wedges. Arrange on a cold plate and finish with a light pinch of flaky sea salt. The salt enhances the natural sweetness and aroma. Serve immediately as a refined dessert.

2. Hapus Mango Burrata Salad

Slice ripe Hapus mango and arrange with burrata cheese on a plate. Add fresh basil leaves and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Finish with cracked black pepper and a touch of sea salt. Serve chilled for a fresh, elegant appetiser.
